This includes: ​ 3 prenatal visits in your home 9 month access to the Intentional Birth Parent program (top-notch, robust online childbirth program) with bi-monthly mentoring with the founders Phone call/text support during your pregnancy Online resource library 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks pregnant until after your birth Doula support during your birthing hours 1 postpartum visit in your home All-in-One Birth Doula Package: This package offers you the full extent of my doula services plus more. It includes all of Birth Essential Doula Package items while adding the following to it: ​ 1 Body Ready Method Assessment and Tool Time meet up 8 hours of postpartum services in your home to assist with just about anything, including housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, etc.), meal prep, baby care, mommy support, grocery shopping, etc. (you name it!) 1 In-Home Lactation Visit from Jen with Lakeside Baby
